CRO_ATP상에 아래와 같이 내용이 있습니다.
: If Customer requires a purchase order (“PO”) related to an IQVIA invoice, then Customer will provide the PO within ten (10) days of execution of project specific agreements and prior to when IQVIA is ready to invoice. If no PO is provided to IQVIA within ten (10) days, IQVIA retains the right to invoice Customer without the PO, with any Customer request to resubmit an invoice in no way altering the due date for payment based on the original invoice. Any provisions contained within a PO that modify, conflict with or contradict any term or provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be null and void.
